° The ordering process allows you to be in direct contact with Sissi & Jacques who will personally reply to your questions as quickly as possible.

They will resolve any potential difficulties you may encounter, personally.

° We have secured payment and shipping by the most simple means in the world; just send us your payment via PayPal, then receive your shipment by certified mail.

1 Application Domaine

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions concluded between consumers and:

The fact of placing an order implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale which are accessible on our website at any time.

2 Maximum Order Amount per Customer

As all items are handcrafted and created upon request in small quantities, we would like our customers to receive their orders in a timely manner; therefore, we may limit the purchase quantity per customer.

3 Prices

For items ordered via the online boutique sissi.es, only the prices mentioned in the confirmation email sent just prior to the shipment of your order are applicable.
(we agree to customized items upon request, which may incur a small price increase)

The amount to be paid includes shipping to your residence via certified mail with signature confirmation or tracking.

4 Shipping Costs

b) Affiliates and agents: according to quantity.

5 Contract

Simply clicking the order button initiates the sale process.

You also agree to be contacted by our sales service who will guide you all the way through the payment and shipping process which complete the sale.

We store your personal data pertaining to your order, your @ address and your shipping address.

Sissi reserves the right to refuse any order, in part or in full, due to unforeseen circumstances regarding fabrication, insufficient stock or unavailability of raw materials, or default of payment.

6 Transfer of Ownership

We remain owners of the merchandise until the purchase price has been paid in full.

You are obliged to inform us, without delay and in writing, of the unlawful removal of any merchandise by a third party.

In the event of your non-compliance with contractual clauses, particularly with regard to default of payment, we reserve the right to rescind the contract and take back the merchandise.

7 Delivery, Risk Transfer

Sissi begins producing ordered items immediately after receiving your order and payment.

Sissi commits to shipping your order no later than 7 business days after receiving your payment.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, when applicable, Sissi will send an email listing all items which cannot be delivered within the above time limit, specifying that the shipment will be delayed by no more than 15 business days.

In the event of inability to satisfy the shipment deadlines mentioned above, notably due to shortage of stock, we will contact you no later than on the date of the first announced delivery deadline in order to determine if you would still like us to maintain your order.

Sissi may offer you an alternative item comparable to the one you ordered, with no obligation for you to agree.

You can request the cancellation of the sale and be refunded for your order payment if the items you ordered are not delivered to you within 30 days.

You will be informed by mail when a shipment addressed to you leaves our workshop.

Sissi ships only via certified mail with signature confirmation.

We, ourselves, conduct several thorough quality control checks for every item that leaves our workshop.

We guarantee that all items delivered to you are free of any defects.
Minor differences among our merchandise, specifically minute color differences, do not constitute a defect triggering any right.

We remind your that all items are created upon request in our workshop and that no item is identical. Given that each item is handcrafted to your specifications, there is not always the possibility for an exchange or refund except in certain cases with our prior consent.

Sissi is only liable for claims arising from their direct personal actions, excluding any loss that would be directly or indirectly caused by a breach on your part, initiating from a third party statement or in case of force majeure.

10 Right to Withdrawal

The right to withdraw an order is limited to 14 calendar days.
